A '94 Alfa Romeo in the Detroit area. Did not expect to find this. I can't help but wonder how difficult to obtain or how expensive parts would be for maintaince.

Looks like a well maintained car, with issues. I presume the stutter at part throttle is not an obvious fix or he would have done it. If you are capable of sorting these things out and or surfing the web for hours you might be the one to fix it. Same for serpentine belt.
Otherwise move on..... Go to alfabb and see what they say!
